One subscription covers up to 5 people, you plus four. Here's the shape of it:
- Add people. Settings → Household & members → Invite a member gives you a code, a QR, and a link. Share any one of them; they sign in and tap the link, or enter the code in Settings → Household. Members pay nothing and never see a plan or card screen.
- Share a budget, or keep your own. Set up a shared household budget everyone adds to and sees, while each person keeps their private budgets too. When you enter a receipt, you choose which budget it belongs to, so household spend is shared and personal buys stay yours.
- Credits are pooled. 5,000 scanning credits a month (about 500 receipts) shared across the whole household. You can see how much each member has used in Settings → Billing.
- You're in charge of billing. Only the owner is billed or sees plan screens. You can remove a member, or regenerate the invite code (which instantly stops the old one working). Up to 5 people at a time.
- Leaving is clean. If someone leaves, or you remove them, they move to the Free plan. Their private budgets stay theirs; what they added to a shared budget stays with the household, and their scans stop drawing from your pool.
