Snap or upload. A photo (JPG, PNG, HEIC) or a PDF. kvar. reads the merchant, date, total, and line items automatically, money and dates are validated, never guessed. Check and save. Every field is yours to confirm or edit before saving. Saved expenses count toward your budgets. Or just type it. Quick-add understands plain text, "Tesco 42.50 groceries" files itself, no scan needed. Quick-add stays free even when your credits run out. Credits. 1,000 a month (about 100 receipts); each scan is 10 credits. They reset monthly and we warn you before you run low.
